At A Fine Pair of Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the shoes in their original branded box and place them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
