Trickers Bernwood - Caramel Kudu
The Tricker’s Bernwood is a British made Service Boot alternative, built in a Tricker’s style, in a Caramel kudu, with a dainite sole. It’s also Goodyear welted with a Barbour welt, making it durable and moisture resistant.
The Inspiration
Logger boots are designed to be worn by workers in the logging and forestry industry, hence the name. They are used to work through forests, brush, woodland, and other types of undergrowth, and to aid in any climbing needed.
Kudu is a species of antelope and is indigenous to a variety of African countries. Due to their grazing habits, mainly amongst thorn trees, Kudu hide becomes scratched and scarred. These marks give the leather an inimitable character, making each pair of shoes and boots unique.
The style is finished off with brass eyelets and cream Barbour welt and Dainite sole.

This is a rubber sole with large studs that provide grip - whilst not so traditional, they do provide good all round grip and durability for most surfaces.
